The speed is expressed in WPM (Words Per Minute).
The accuracy indicates how precise you are during the typing test.

Do you have a really nice keyboard or something, mine doesn't seem to bounce back as fast as I would like it to.

Are you human?? I'm serious ... Because I'm just wondering how on earth can a human reach 173.54 WPM!...If you are a machine do confess...It'll help my crushed ego U.U

My tip for improving your typing speed is to first have good sitting posture.
Keep your back straight and relax your hands. Sit in a chair, not on a bed or on the floor with your feet on the ground.
Good posture tends to be a first step towards typing faster (and is better for your body too!), as well as having a decent keyboard you are comfortable with.
