Sometime in life you are not a culprit but due to some misinterpretation by some committee members or some group of peoples you might be considered as a culprit and you get the punishment, and sometimes the punishment can also be worse that you and your family members and your friends will also get into trouble just because of the wrong decision taken by those committee members.
