Lots of people listen to motivations speakers to make themselves motivated. But I believe that this is kind of a drug because listening to motivation speeches are like taking the drug. As soon as this drug lose its effect you are back to your original situation. So instead of listening to them, observe around you there are lots of living examples of motivation in your neighborhood and see people who have really done something in your field of interest, find motivation there.
