- Enough with the Aphorisms.
The problem with Aphorisms is that they are composed of words. Words are human inventions designed to aid us in expressing the thoughts in our heads, but they are not the thoughts themselves. Those thoughts, in turn, are our brains' attempts at modeling the world around us, but the model is not the reality. Aphorisms are never as true as we would hope them to be, because they are a shadow of a shadow of the truth.
