- I Don’t Trust Myself
They say 'trust yourself', but stuff goes wrong. I say, don't forget the keys... I forget. Remember to buy this or that... I forget. Avoid jokes at work... blank faces respond when I do. Be nice to mother... Impatience makes me say bad things. I make plans... still nothing gets done. I hate myself, but then again, I'm all I've got. Now when I get it wrong, I deprive myself of things that I like. When I get it right, I reward myself. Guess what, I like myself... but I still don't trust me!
