There's a random quote here that criticism is dangerous. That it should be avoided altogether because it causes conflict and damages a person's ego or confidence. I disagree with this because criticisms make a person grow. IF the person refuses to listen to a well-constructed criticism, then it's his loss. At least you tried to be frank.

Dear anonymous, I don't skip the quotes. Hard or not, I go through them whether it affects my average or not, I do it anyways. Besides, some of the quotes are worth reading.
