The world doesn't have to be this bad. But it is what it is. A degenerate generation, new generation and it always goes into a world of hurt. A vicious cycle we humans have to overcome. The vicious cycle will happen because of us negatively influencing them and not making necessary changes even if it's walking for 30 minutes or making your bed. Start extremely small, have extremely low expectation for yourself if you're a loser like me.
