Text: Earlier today, I took the position that people should pay their parking tickets, no matter who they are. And because I facetiously mentioned that those who didn't should be punished, some nut went out and decided to take matters into his own hands. Let me now emphatically state that what this man did was wrong, and that foreign diplomats should not, I repeat NOT, be dragged from their cars and beaten. Each paragraph will be a test.
