Allow the user to choose whether they want to go back to delete a mistake

The method of this site (counting every single keystroke after a typo as a mistake regardless of whether they're correct or not) makes it quite unique compared to other sites I have tried, where only the typo would be a mistake. And this is very useful for getting you used to deleting your mistake and continuing on from there.
But it'd be nice if we could toggle it on/off. And choose how our mistakes will be counted. If you have a typo but continue on to finish the quote, I don't see why it'd have to be all wrong, just because of one single typo in the beginning. It also makes it so that when I am typing on other sites and hit backspace after a mistake, oftentimes the site doesn't allow me to fix the mistake and I end up wasting my time.

It helps you to get used with ctrl+backspace, which deletes all the word.
