How exactly do you change your profile picture?

It just says “use
gravatar.com to change your picture” but it doesn't say how and just links to
gravatar.com.
And how come I'm User265053, but when I go edit my profile it doesn't say User265053, but instead it says my name? Can't I change that?

As far as your username, I think you need to verify your email, could be very wrong. But in terms of the profile picture change, I have no clue.

I just tried out making another account to see what would happen and turns out you set your username right when you first make your account.
as far as setting your profile picture, i'm pretty sure you need a gravatar account which i happened to have. i'm pretty sure that after setting a profile picture on your gravatar it should change on your keyhero account if you've used the same email. i think. that was 2 months ago, i can barely remember!
pretty weird how you can't change your username or profile picture on the site though, i wonder why the creators of the website set it like that.
also- for the name part- that's totally separate from your username. for example i set my name on my account to (first name) yeet (last name) ? and it's in grey, right next to the username.
