long nails while typing?

I find that I have to keep my nails a certain length (or shorter), or it hurts my typing speed because I can't feel the keys properly (or my nails slide off my keyboard). Do y'all tend to keep your nails short? Is there anyone who likes to keep their nails long and finds they can still type quickly?

I play fingerstyle guitar, so I have the nails on my right hand a lot longer than my left hand. I type consistently at 110 WPM with my right hand slightly angled so that I don't jam my nails into my keyboard (I don't know what you consider fast).

Yeah I thought I was the only one who had to have short nails to maintain their typing speed.

Yeah, if my nails are too long I can't properly feel the keys because my nails would get in the way.

If I have long nails it will distract me from a high typing speed, I once reached 100 wpm on a different website but anyway, they are harder to type with for me as you can't feel the keys on the keyboard.
