Why exactly can't I press Enter to start typing the first quote, are there any restrictions or something? It would have been comfier I think.

I understand what you mean, but I guess that's just a feature that was implemented firsthand. I'm not sure if the admin is able to change that, but I hope the person does.

You could press escape to skip the prompt. :) I personally love my escape key.
