This form is seriously broken

I have found multiple issues with this website that need to be fixed. Firstly the recent comments section needs to be updated to not show comments that are too long. By simply commenting "!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" or something on a post the message appears in the recent comments section but is so long it goes off the board and can make some of the recent submissions unreadable. Also if you use something like the zalgo text generator you can make comments that have heights that makes them cover up the other recent comments. I would suggest that whoever runs this website takes some time to fix these issues before someone starts exploiting them continuously.
There are also some other issues like how you can make really short quotes by putting spaces at the end as spaces are counted as characters but don't need to be typed by anyone.
