I type with only my pointer and middle finger.
Do I need to change the habit to the correct one or I can just go practice with these fingers?
I only use my last finger for shift or ctrl.
Well, with that in mind I maintain my advice. Relearn how to type without the use of middle fingers. The transition from pointer fingers to middle fingers will slow you down. And speaking as someone with 80 WPM who uses only my pointer fingers, I know you'll do just well with practice.
