I can't type the ellipses.

It won't let me type the '...' at the end of a sentence during the typing test. It shows up all in red. I use the period key and press it 3 times like this ... and it shows up in red ink, signifying that I have typed it wrong.

maybe you have an extra space. Sometimes quotes that have ellipses dont have a space before ellipse
