Malicious ads targeting this site?

Hey everyone,
For the past few days, whenever I'm in the middle of a typing test, I often get redirected to malicious/sketchy websites. I've taken screenshots of some of them:
https://imgur.com/a…I do believe that this is caused by malicious ads that are displayed on this website, because those pop-ups disappear when I use an adblocker. I've also ruled out the possibility of my computer being infected, because when I tried it on a new virtual machine, those pop-ups still appear.
I usually don't use adblockers because I know that's sometimes a website's only source of revenue, but with this issue the entire website becomes pretty unusable to me without it. It may be an issue on the ad providers, who've accidentally allowed malicious ads into their system, but if that's the case, I don't know if I have an easy fix for this.
But yeah, it really sucks. Hope those malicious ads will disappear soon.
