How hard is it to get a quote submitted? Like how many people actually submit quotes? It seems like an accomplishment in the typing community but I'm no expert. There must be some criteria or a sort of screening process. I've noticed that many high-rated quotes have unique keys in them like hyphens, or "quotation marks."
