This is an achievable state of being at multiple levels. Quite different than a "trip", too. It can be had any time. Not at all common. Rare, rare and transient. This is a world full of shades and impure things, the touch of any of them can knock one out of this state. and there are shades in our wake and neighboring (strange what neighboring can mean here) areas that will ablate, dissipate and block out this light of connection to being.

Sounds like a good 'shroom trip to me. I'd like to try it sometime.
