betty_d: If you click into my profile and then on 'quotes contributed' you will find many lengthier quotes to type (including lots from Christopher Moore who I assume you like as you posted a quote by him yourself). However, if you're seeking to improve your typing speed for a job, I would suggest finding some typing tests that include numbers as most jobs will expect you to be proficient with typing numbers. I have found the following site to have quite a few quotes that contain numbes and I personally don't have any issues with the formatting of this site: http://www.typeonline.co.uk/typingspeed.php

Short stories! I am trying to improve my WPM for a job, but most tests are 5 minutes. I know other sites have short stories to type, but I haven't found one with a format that I like as much as keyhero. I know that this may mean getting approval from the authors, and I don't know what that entails. But longer texts to type would be helpful. Thanks for asking.

No swearing. No god talk. No song lyrics. No racism. No misogyny. No offensive materials of any kind please.

And @Callum.dekkers, I would personally hope that people don't post 'quotes based on media' as the media is mostly offensive garbage these days
