The design then proceeds to the implementation stage. There are two processes in this stage: device programming and software programming. Device programming is the process to program FPGA board using Quartus II Software. This process basically will burn hardware design into FPGA board. Another task is to create a test vector program in C. Creating this program is included in the software programming process.
