Sometimes I get so sad that I don't want to eat even my favourite foods. Sometimes I feel so empty that I can't find the motivation to get out of bed. Sometimes I become so unbelievably helpless that I want to scream and shrink into nothingness at the same time. But all that is nothing compared to when I am so lost that I don't even want to listen to music anymore.
