Sometimes, whenever we are mad, we as humans tend to do or say things that we later may regret. Instead of fueling that fire, tell them you need a moment alone and walk away. It is that simple. Rather than hurting someone, with words that do not mean much to you, those same words can mean everything to them. You probably don't even mean it... but once you've said it, it is not possible to take back that negative seed that you have now planted in that person's head. Always. Walk. Away.
