- Scared of myself
I am scared of giving myself time to be myself. I react quickly, not giving myself time to process and respond authentically to what another person says. I go based off of programs and defence mechanisms, all stemming from me being afraid of how others would respond to me being me. When I act like someone else, I have an idea of how someone will respond. I have done it before, being authentically me, and suddenly things align and I feel refreshed.
