| Symmetrical circumferential thickening is noted in lower rectum and anal canal with maximum thickness of 11mm of spanning over in 6.2cm in length. No evidence of significant upstream dilatation. On post contrast study, homogenous enhancement is noted. No significant lymphadenopathy seen. Dilated CBD measuring 14.6mm is noted. No evidence of obstructive pathology. MPD is normal in size measuring 2.3mm. Few non enhancing cystic lesions are noted in the liver, largest measuring 10x8mm in segment III of liver. No foci of calcifications, septations or solid components. A hypodense hypoenhancing area measuring 16x15mm is noted in segment IVb of liver, adjacent to falciform ligament- Likely Pseudolesion. A non-enhancing cystic lesion is noted in upper pole cortex left kidney measuring 33x29mm. No foci of calcifications, septations or solid components. Hyperdense focus measuring 10x10mm is noted in left side of pelvic cavity – Likely calcified lymph node. |
