APL has commissioned The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) to conduct a study on the global container carrier industry. As part of the study, we are seeking to better understand how our customers think, what drives their preferences and how these preferences are changing in light of the economic, market and competitor dynamics. In addition, we are studying satisfaction levels and customer perceptions of the top container liners globally.
