Another day passes by with a heart filled with contempt. Contempt for us, for them, for whoever has committed wrong against us. When we close our eyes to sleep, our wrong doings are forgotten. We become innocent once again. Oh how we secretly miss the sweet songs of our mothers when we were young. Just another day passes in fruitless hopes of a brighter day, a brighter future. Only a selective few of us manage to contain that hope, while others may throw it into an abyss of despair.
