Just type really slow, making as little amount of mistakes as you can. Try to achieve 100% accuracy, and you are gonna progress really fast. I may not have 100 wpm speed now, it's because I resently changed from QWERTY to Dvorak, but I think I getting it soon, maybe 2 more weeks of training will be enough.
