It's healthier to deal with something in a proper manner versus just becoming indifferent, and just because you forgive someone doesn't make what they did ok either. It's just a way for you to let go of it.

And if you don't want people to criticize your quotes, don't post quotes by people who can't possibly be taken seriously. Taylor Swift is an entertainer, a media whore. She is not an artist and has nothing prophetic to say. She's not a Bob Dylan, a Tom Waits or a Pete Seeger. She will never change the world in any meaningful way - all she's good for is entertaining the mindless masses while wearing entirely too much makeup and too few clothes.

Well this is utter stupidity - not surprising in light of who spoke these words. You haven't moved on if you've become indifferent. Moving on means that you have learned, grown and are going about the rest of your life in a healthy manner. There is nothing healthy about becoming indifferent. Being indifferent means exactly the opposite - that you haven't moved on - you haven't come to terms with things and have not dealt with them in a healthy manner, leaving you to become indifferent instead
