Your Inner Child - Myself.
Healing your Inner Child is so important. We don't realize or forget that they still exist inside of us. What would you say to your younger self? Words of encouragement? "it gets better." Words of comfort? "You deserved better." Words of forgiveness? "It wasn't your fault." If you had your younger self in front of you, would they need a long hug? Maybe take the time to sit down and write a letter to your inner child. Let them heal.
