Text: The 60x30TC ("60 by 30 Tex") higher education strategic plan contains four broad gails. Each goal contains a set of targets that will move the state twoard reaching one or more goals. Many stakeholds across Texas will need to develop and implement a wide range of strategies to meet each target. Without bold actions, Texas faces a future of diminshed imcomes, opportunities and resources. Each paragraph will be a test.
