I absolutely agree with you @jacksonm. What's the point of a high wpm if it's not a true representation of your typing skills? Cherry-picking quotes to find the easy ones to increase your wpm is super lame

why should i want to have higher averages?

that's stupid. I want to be better at typing.

If all my quotes are short and easy, and I'm no better at typing whatever difficult passage might come from the world around me, what's the point?
