Never Enough Motivation - Johnrob011045

This quote was added by johnrob011045
Sometimes I wonder... if personality really is the least important aspect of self-discipline, then why are extroverted people naturally compliant and self-disciplined? Why do I feel compelled to push myself out of work-environments with feelings of guilt and estrangement? Is it some form of disorder within myself that I choose not to contain? Is it something more significant than my personality? Perhaps, I don't trust anyone to acknowledge when I'm due my rewards because I've been spoiled.
