Text: Why must we make life so much harder for ourselves? Here's my advice to try and make life a little easier. Don't sweat it on the details, make sure you can go at a good speed for you. Try not to focus your whole attention on your interests, others' problems matter and they might need your help. Procrastination only leads to regret so try to get things done on time. Mental health is very real and can lead to serious problems if you're feeling down talk about it. People care about you! Each paragraph will be a test.
