Text: There's a random quote here that criticism is dangerous. That it should be avoided altogether because it causes conflict and damages a person's ego or confidence. I disagree with this because criticisms make a person grow. IF the person refuses to listen to a well-constructed criticism, then it's his loss. At least you tried to be frank. Each paragraph will be a test.
