Cats or Dogs?

Pick one of the two; I'm more of a dog person, and I'm mildly allergic to cats lol.

Dogs 100%, I've never seen someone use a cat to flush pheasant!

Cats
But if one day I have a dog as my companion, I would become a dog person.

Definitely Dog! To me they are cuter and I like their character way more :)

I like both. For my current lifestyle I prefer cats. They just don't need as much work, and I'm busy. I got two cats that get along great with each other, so I don't have to feel bad if I stay the night somewhere or plan a weekend trip.

It would be nice though to be able to take them more places. Like to the skatepark and stuff. One of my cats is pretty well leash trained, but if I put him in the car and take him outside of our neighborhood he get's a little too stressed out. So we're working on that. I'm hoping that one day he'll warm up and I can take him to parks and stuff, with the leash ofc.

But dogs are cool too, I just vibe more with the indifference lol. It's nice to not have the animal constantly bugging me for attention, which has been my experience with dogs. But that being said I always had little yippy dogs as a kid, and nowadays I'm much more partial to larger dogs.

Sorry this was so long. Tl;DR: I like both but am partial to cats lol.

I prefer cats but I like both. I like how cats are less needy and that I can leave them home if I go out for the night.

One of my cats is leash trained so I can take him around too. And my other cat plays fetch lol so I get best of both worlds.

Dogs have a higher WPM, but cats have higher accuracy.

Cats. High wpm and acc. they're also cooler. Deal with it.

Foxes. But we will come to this. So, I have had both cats and dogs (and many other fluffy and not so) in my life, and I can say that cats are more egocentric, devious, and wild. They don’t need a master to survive, and I am not about fulfilling their basic needs but also affection and love. For instance, they don’t jump out of their way to get attention and scratch when your care has tapped them. Whereas, my dog runs headlong across the yard to meet a family member while vigorously wagging her tail. Also, I have to say that dog, at least my dog is not the brightest and hassle-free. She makes maybe hundreds of times more trouble and costs more to maintain than our cats, but she is also incomparable naïve, whole-hearted, and faithful. She wakes up from a sweet dream to follow a family member if they must go for some reason. She can hardly hold her head, and her eyes are barely open, but she waits until the household member returns to sleep.
But I guess they are both enjoyable on their terms. It is not fair to give little attention and care and expect great devotion. Such that, cats don’t require love more than they give, same goes about dogs. Yes, they are clingy and needy. However, they will love you with all their heart. Now about foxes. Fox is the perfect combination of the best features dogs and cats have. Foxes are cunning and independent like cats, while goofy and amatory just like dogs. They are basically, the cat of the canid family. ♡(ᐢ ᴥ ᐢし)
