Kind of a one sided post. You hate men, some guys hate women, are you basing your statement off of your prior experiences with men? Most likely. Start picking the non losers

Are you bad at being empathic? Do you pick up on peoples energy? i can tell a lot about a person just by looking at them. the way they carry themselves, etc. The way they treat others, and especially you. Make clear their intentions.

I think cheating on your partner is a clear indicator of an unsatisfying relationship. That said I think without details it is pretty hard to assess. Either way that sounds like some serious business, go see a professional psych/mediator/counsellor.
