Type through a whole book?

Is there a way to do typing practice, section by section, through an entire work of literature? Seems like a good way to improve whilst getting to know the book better.

I've done something similar on the custom typing test option on this website. It is no where near optimal though. I agree that this would be a cool feature.

I just open e-book on my phone and type on notepad, and use typing masters pro's typing meter to improve.
