What really helped me improve my typing speed is... Not looking at the keyboard. I was stuck at 25 wpm for a week and just not getting any faster.

Also concentrate on accuracy speed will come....eventually. Ok I am only up to 34.5wpm but I have seen a jump out of the twenties in the last few days.
