Alright, before I get started: please don't dislike this quote due to its length or the amount of punctuation in it. Long quotes, even though they might not look as flashy as long quotes, help you more. Trust me. So when I say, "Never skip long quotes; these quotes - they are the best thing for you," I mean it. I mean it! Never skip the long quotes: they are the best? Yes, they are.

I don't take issue with the length of this quote nor of the amount of punctuation used. I take issue with the improper use of puntuation.

Also - the following sentence does not make sense as it's contradictory...
"Long quotes, even though they might not look as flashy as long quotes...."
