Sometimes when I'm trying out the keys on my keyboard I hit the same key several times to get used to the feel. I think it's important to test out the longer keys to make sure they don't rattle or feel too off compared to the alphanumeric keys. This sometimes involves mashing the Shift key a lot and Sticky Keys is always trying to turn on.
