It doesn't matter who's fighting for whom, and who has killed the most people. It doesn't mean you're victorious. In fact, there is no such thing as victorious. Sure, someone is fighting for their people out there, and he is seen as a hero by them. But that causes problems for the opponent, who is seen as the villain. The "villain" fights for his people, and is the hero in their eyes, but in reality, who's a hero and who's a villain? There's no revenge, heroes or villains, it's all just murder.
