The honorable president, to the outside world, appears to be poking fun at the first amendment, particularly that of the freedom of the press. First of all, he has said that the freedom of the press is the "enemy of the people." After the passing of a recent senate resolution, we can see that the amendment has been cherished by many, especially the muckrakers of the 20th century.
