- Goodbye Are Forever
"You better hug me tonight because I might not be here tomorrow." That's a pretty dark thing to tell a child before bed. In hindsight I've realized that he had battled his own existence for longer than I'd even existed. All he left his four children was a hole in the ceiling and a stain on the carpet. The more I analyze myself the more the rage turns to sympathy. He was broken. He was also more than that but he was consumed by the pain. Goodbye is forever, so goodbye. I hope you loved me.
