When the screams become too much to bear, and the only thing you want to do is leave and never come back, run until your lungs burn and legs throb. Run until you feel nothing more than just the physical pain. Run until you fall, and when you do, just lay there and watch the sky. Just wait. Eventually the storm will pass. But you will always know another is approaching quickly.
