The 60x30TC ("60 by 30 Tex") higher education strategic plan contains four broad goals. Each goal contains a set of targets that will move the state toward reaching one or more goals. Many stake holds across Texas will need to develop and implement a wide range of strategies to meet each target. Without bold actions, Texas faces a future of diminished incomes, opportunities and resources.
